We provide a professional, serene, and fully-equipped space designed specifically for mental health and wellness professionals. Our mission is to support psychologists, nutritionists, and counselors by offering a dedicated environment to conduct sessions and daily work without the overhead of maintaining a private office. By providing flexible infrastructure, we empower practitioners to focus entirely on their clients and the growth of their professional practice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure our community thrives and to maintain an efficient booking system, we have established the following policy. Please understand that your space is booked in advance for your benefit to ensure there are no last-minute hassles. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure the smooth operation of your practice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • More than 12 hours before slot: No charge will be applied.

  • Between 12 and 6 hours before slot: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Under 6 hours before slot: A 100% charge will be applied.

This policy exists for the benefit of our community, ensuring that the space remains available to those who need it most.

Refunds:

  • In cases of eligible cancellations (made more than 12 hours in advance), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not applicable for slots that have already passed or for cancellations made under the 6-hour window.

Terms and Conditions

By accessing www.sjpmind.com and booking our facility, you agree to the following:

  1. Legal Entity: All bookings and agreements are made with Simran'jeet' Psychology, the registered legal entity.

  2. Nature of Service: We provide professional workspace rentals. We do not provide the clinical services conducted by the independent practitioners who use our space.

  3. Booking and Payments: All slots must be booked and paid for in advance through our website to be confirmed.

  4. Professional Conduct: Practitioners using the space are responsible for maintaining professional ethics and the cleanliness of the room during their allotted time.

  5. Liability: Simran'jeet' Psychology is not liable for the professional advice given by the independent practitioners using the facility, nor for any loss of personal belongings.

  6. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Simran'jeet' Psychology is a service-based business providing physical space rentals and professional infrastructure.

  • Service Delivery: Upon successful payment, your booking confirmation and slot details will be delivered immediately via email. No physical goods are shipped.

  • Access: Access to the facility is provided at the time and date specified in your booking confirmation.

Privacy Policy

We value the privacy of the professionals who use our space.

  • Data Collection: We collect your name, professional credentials (where applicable), contact number, and email address to manage your bookings and verify professional status.

  • Payment Security: We do not store your credit/debit card information. All transactions are handled through our secure payment partner.

  • Usage: Your data is used strictly for administrative purposes, booking reminders, and internal communication. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Confidentiality: We respect the nature of your work; however, practitioners are responsible for the confidentiality of their own client records and sessions.
